the lake is a deep pool of space upon space upon space. there are times when i stare at it and i cannot help but wonder: is there a way to steal some of this space for myself? to move with that same pit of understanding under my own breath? i sit there in awe – grasping for answers. but the waves only laugh at me. how silly it is to seek for the perfection that we already contain!
